Rentals are available from April-October

Rates are $1295 per week "in season" and $135 per night off season (3 night minimum)

A 50% deposit is required for in season bookings within 10 days of making the reservation and the balance is due thirty days prior to actual reservation date.

For off season and a 50% deposit is required within 10 days of making the reservation with the balance due thirty days prior to the actual reservation date.

Check in time is 3 PM
Check out time is 10 AM

When you have paid in full, you will be sent combinations to the lockboxes that are located on the front porch of the house.
