Rentals are available from April-October

In season rates are $1295 per week (weekly rentals only (mid-June through Labor Day)
Off season rates are $135 per night with a 3 night minimum

A 50% deposit is required for "in season" bookings within 10 days of making
the reservation and the balance is due thirty days prior to reservation date.

For off-season, a 50% deposit is required within
10 days of making the reservation with the balance due thirty days prior to
the actual reservation date.

Check in time is 3 PM and Check out time is 10 AM.  Please do not arrive early or check out late as we need to ensure full cleaning time for our crew.

When you have paid in full, you will be sent combinations to the lockboxes
that are located on the front porch of the house. These contain two sets of
keys to the house.
